Each block is two calendar weeks — ten scheduled weekdays, Monday to Friday. Eight target-days of ten installs the level. A failed gate repeats the block at the same number and pushes every downstream date out two weeks.

Rules that do not negotiate
Dashboard behavior follows these rules automatically.
The floor beneath the Floor. Five dials earns the red X and keeps the streak. It breaks the target and is not a compromise.
Never rises and is never waived. Any day below Floor makes the next scheduled day Floor-only, mandatory, target formally suspended.
Performance only. Missing it has no identity meaning and never fires the stake. Eight target-days out of ten weekdays installs the block.
Every weekday, unconditionally, including zeros. An unreported day costs $5 whether or not the number arrives later.
Declare the night before, weekdays inside a block only. Maximum two per block, never consecutive. It suspends the target, not the Floor.
Monday–Friday are scored. Weekend dials are bonus — they never count toward a gate and never substitute for a weekday.

- “The habit didn’t install.” One day cannot testify about identity.
- “I’ll do it tomorrow.” The response is 20 dials now.
- “It’s late, I’ll call tomorrow.” Late start, full block, no adjustment.
- Planning during a gap. The only acceptable output is a number.
- Objection work before dialing. Fifteen minutes, twice weekly, after dialing only.
- Contacts or leads as the measure. Dials are the scoreboard; everything else is weather.
